‘Inaction is paralysis.
CFW inspires active decisions
to keep moving & improving’ – Yvo
First – Good to Know: Heart work
Working with me, is to feel calm within, whilst the world outside seems volatile, intimidating, manic, overwhelming, scary and hyped-up.
My clients know that during each coaching conversation they will:
- enjoy their uninterrupted creative thinking time
- gain stimulating insights
- explore empowering choices
- make impactful decisions
- achieve realistic outcomes
- celebrate their achievements
- look forward to their next productive conversation
CFW conversations are always motivating, uplifting and empowering.
One single coaching conversation initiates empowering changes.
But committing to several or regular conversations, has a permanent catalytic impact, because the rate of progress accelerates.
My clients and I agree that professional & personal happiness follows from committing to heart work.
And, as the coaching success momentum increases, a strong sense of personal ownership, responsibility, accountability and pride are shaped within at the same time.
As with all growth: the more you put in, the more you get out.
Second – Good to Know: Unique
Each client – individual, couple or family – is unique.
And each client brings their unique personal & professional life situations to their coaching conversations.
Consequently, each of my coaching relationships is unique.
Uniqueness defines CFW – a service in which coach and clients work as unique equals.
My service is uniquely welcoming.
Your coaching success entirely relies on speaking freely, whilst feeling safe, understood and respected.
This is why, from the moment of my first contact, we will engage in direct, unrushed, personal contact.
We will take time to discover what you want, how we will create this and how to proceed.
CFW uniquely works from the heart & from the within.
My clients enjoy their choice to be working voice-to-voice or face-to-face.
But they always appreciate most our heart-to-heart cooperation.
From the start, my clients receive clarity about their unique coaching journey and process.
CFW’s ground rules, agreed fees, mutual expectations and responsibilities are shared verbally and also emailed in a Coaching Agreement – a document signed by myself and my client/s.
CFW has a unique client base:
- my clients make up a beautiful varied client base – children, couples, students, single parents, divorcees, widowers, retirees, carers – everyone, because everyone is welcome and benefits from support and guidance.
- my clients live in different places within the UK and across the world. With online coaching there are no bounderies to where and how we can work together. And by being able to connect in 5 European languages, there are also no bounderies to feeling at home.
Third – Good to Know: In & Out & About
With each face-to-face conversation, you can choose a location and – should you wish to, also outdoor or indoor activities.
Here are examples of some of the activities my young & older clients enjoy:
- art (drawing, sketching, water colours, cartoons)
- Lego, board games, toys, picture books
- cold water swimming & dipping + a hot cuppa
- paddle boarding – standing, lying, kneeling, sitting, peaceful drifting
- river, country and seaside walking (Milly, my friendly family dog often joins in too)
- coaching with a cuppa tea or coffee in one hand (and almost always … cake in the other hand :))
Fourth – Good To Know: Pick & Mix and Mix & Match
I encourage my clients to successfully combine my service with any already existing counselling, therapy, mental and physical well-being commitments.
Because my coaching complements well and often also excells.
My clients who mix & match services, say they not only achieve results faster, but often come to brand new insights.
They also enjoy discovering and using their personally created and usually often more practical coaching tools and techniques.
Another common experience is that my clients prefer CFW’s focus on their present & future time, as it allows breaking from cyclically experiencing their past.
This breaking of cycles and patterns, stimulates more effective processing and the development of new perspectives and behaviours.
Fifth – Good To Know: Simple & Natural
Reminder, each coaching conversation
- will go at the pace you set
- will cover the content you choose
- will be uplifting, productive and creative
- will lead to outcomes and results
The practice of my coaching process is simple, natural and positive.
And each conversation outcome, is your personal success.
N.B: A gentle ‘health warning’
Please be aware of the irresistible joyous impact of your CFW coaching success.
Because you will notice its positively contagious influence on other areas of your life :))
