CFW – the name: core principles and philosophy

The name: Coaching From Within.

I knew the name I wanted for my life coaching business, many years before I started my training.

The name symbolises that I see all of Life as creative, magical and continuously alive.

 

Each of our lives is an unique creation of personal experiences, thoughts, feelings, choices and decisions.

And within each of us, is our personal core of Life and living.

 

From our within we can access our unique wisdom and support to live our most satisfying and meaningful lives.

 

My work is to help people with creating a life they feel proud of, actively are a part of and above all: enjoy living.

 

My work-joy & work-love comes from supporting people to feel at home within themselves.

Within their inner core.
Within their mind, body, heart and soul.
Connected within.

 

Coaching

Showing the word ‘coaching’ in my logo instantly directs people to the service I give.

The word ‘coaching’, can be separated into the noun ‘coach’, the verb ‘to coach’ and the present participle ‘coaching’.

I use the present participle ‘coaching’ as this is the essence of my service.

The foundation of my coaching style is the fully honest cooperation between each of my clients and myself.

Every cooperation is a sensitive, respectful and active process between equals to create the desired successes of the client.
And each success is the result of the foundation of this mutual respect, trust, honesty and desire to achieve.

With honesty really is the only way to coach, to be coached & to create success in coaching.

And as soon as my clients embrace their exploring & discovering with their own full honesty, nothing but enjoyment, success and achievement follows.

Not I , your coach – but you, my client is leading our conversations.

My role is to deeply listen, carefully observe, question challengingly, invite empathically.

Throughout I stay fully present with you, and alert on you so that I guide you to your next step, your next action, your next choice.

In summary:

CFW’s coaching takes place between two or more individuals, who exchange their knowledge, trust and energies to effectively and successfully create.

‘From’ refers to the ‘how’ and ‘where’ of my clients’ created coaching success.

Each step of progress and each separate success during every single coaching conversation, can only be achieved from the within of my clients.

The insights that inspire my clients’ growth and transformations do not solely come from their minds or intellect.

The insights that inspire my clients’ growth and transformations come most powerfully and largely from the conscious – or still unconscious – place of their intuition.

Intuition.
Inner knowing.
Inner wisdom.
Inner voice.
Gut feeling.

Whatever the name you personally give it: this skill for knowing is within each of us.
Each of us was born with it.
Each of us can use it to explore choices and make powerful, impactful and permanent decisions & changes.

From your place within you can become fully connected to yourself, because it is where your intellectual, emotional, physical and intuitive knowing live and work together.

Your intuition within in combination with your honesty and awareness of choice, become your most powerful tool to permanently enrich your personal, social and professional life.

And from your inner place of being at home with yourself, you will radiate and expand.

This is truly magical and unstoppable.

 

Within

‘Within’ was the very first word I chose.

Like ‘coaching’, I felt it had to be in my logo as it is the central core of my service.

Within is where our centre of living and knowing is.
Within lives that what permanently matters.
Within is where our heart, body, soul and life energies connect and cooperate.

Only within is where we can feel truly alive and from there we can evolve, create, live, love and grow more consciously.

Within is where CFW’s Transformative Life Coaching happens.

Within is your true, personal and honest Life.

And also your true, brave and honest You.

To nurture your within is essential, as it is always connected to that what is around us.
