What do the words ‘Transformative Life Coach’ mean?
Transformative
The word transformative refers to how the coaching process creates transformation or change.
And because I do not use a formula, handbook nor a script, deep, pure and meaningful transformation happens.
To naturally experience change and transformation whilst working with me, is truly magical for my clients.
Our creative, spontaneous and effective co-working flows naturally.
There is no fear, doubt or boundary. That what is emerging within my clients becomes crystal clear.
Life
The word life describes that all topics related to life, being alive and living are included in your coaching conversations.
Every aspect of your well-being is cared for.
I could describe myself by using other coach titles such as Personal Development Coach, Intimacy Coach, Career Coach, Positivity Coach, Business Coach or Health & Wellbeing Coach.
I am all of these and more.
Coach
The word coach might make you think that I work like a Sports Coach, Mentor or Tutor.
But, I do not.
Because I don’t give advice, judge, teach nor model.
I do not tell you what to do, nor how to live your life.
I do not give answers, instructions nor offer solutions.
I do not judge, nor give personal opinions.
However, I will guide you to the tools and insights you need to explore, understand and improve current situations you want to improve or change.
Your pace, not mine
For your coaching conversation, I will not set an agenda, nor do I set the pace of your conversations.
You will do both.
And whilst you work at your pace, we together will spark your motivation to choose, decide and shape what you desire in life.
At your pace real, positive and meaningful changes become part of your way of living, working and being.
Conversations with me
We talk every day, so one could think that coaching conversations with me will be like having a chat and therefore will feel like a passive and easy experience.
I need you to know that a coaching conversation with me is not a passive activity, nor is it always easy.
Coaching with me, actively involves the whole of you.
My coaching process is simple and natural in structure, but the experiencing of it can be emotionally and reflectively demanding.
You will have uninterrupted time to be with yourself – to consciously think, ask, reflect, choose, decide and act whilst my astute questioning guides you to successful outcomes.
You will celebrate many achievements.
And you can repeat this motivating and uplifting process as many times as you wish.
Magic
Sometimes people look surprised when I describe what I do as containing magic.
But magic is truly a part of my life coaching, because the process is founded on naturally releasing, dissolving and replacing.
My coaching works in unique magical ways by creating a positive, constructive cooperation between your natural ability to use your body, mind, heart and voice to imagine, choose, create and shape.
Things that stop you, limit you, scare you, worry you – you will replace these with fresh, new, energising and empowering alternatives.
