‘Gratitude is one of the strongest and most transformative states of being.
It shifts your perspective from lack to abundance
and allows you to focus on the good in your life,
which in turn pulls more goodness into your reality’ –
Jen Sincero

My gratefulness

I want to acknowledge that I am, where I am & who I am thanks to many people and experiences.

Wholeheartedly, I thank my parents, children, siblings, business mentor and heart & soul friends for:

And I also feel tons of heartfelt gratitude for my amazing clients – the inspiring, scared, keen, brave, excited, bold, uncertain and determined individuals, families and couples I have had the pleasure to know, meet, talk & work with.

Each one of my clients inspires me, because it is their personal and unique courage, effort and commitment that shapes their un-materialised wishes, seemingly unreachable dreams, desired professional gains and their overcomings of personal & emotional challenges and obstacles.

My clients invest their time, energy and money in allowing themselves, their business, their career, their education, their personal life and their relationships to positively change, impact and flourish.

I want to continue to share, learn, grow and celebrate throughout my life.

And it fills me with immense daily joy to empower my clients to see, feel, act and think beyond that what seems to be in front of them.

Gratitude for my past

Over the years I have come across bumps of all kinds of shapes and sizes.

We all do.

And although some events were very tough and others traumatic, I am able to process and manage old and new challenges, because of how gratitude keeps me grounded.

Gratitude is also key in my relationships and connections with others.

My respect, empathy and appreciation of others was passed on to me by my loving parents, Arie and Helga, who built their joint life from scratch whilst sharing generously, loving nature and respecting life.

My love for connecting with and supporting people, was the foundation of my career in education which covered 26 years of devoted teaching and supporting students right across Nursery, Early Years, Primary and Secondary through to Six Form.

My career in education has given me huge experience and knowledge of Special Educational Needs and also a great understanding of all kinds of people, issues, ages, communities, ways of living, struggles, celebrations, needs, challenges, relationships and behaviours.

As a life coach, I am truly grateful for my ongoing valuable encounters, connections and experiences, because they invite me to co-create, appreciate and celebrating life every single day.

Gratitude for my present

I look at all I experience with a focus on perspective, awareness and gratitude.

This way of thinking and living gives me most peace and calm.

Some of my past most impactful personal life experiences that make up my present are:

Challenges, like changes are a constant presence in life.

I am grateful for my life and how, as I have become older, I enjoy it even more fully, freely and consciously.

Future Gratitude

You, I, we – can choose each day to be connected to ourselves, to the world around us and to each other.

In noticing acts of kindness, love and beauty – we can remind ourselves of the many blessings, opportunities and choices we can welcome every day.

And with each noticing we have the choice to add more joy, love, growth, success & gratefulness to our days.

We also have the choice to connect & reach out even whilst we hurt, worry, heal, learn and grow.

Self-empowering gratitude

Continuously developing, expressing, feeling and sharing gratitude, helps me focus on my present instead of my past.

It also shifts my perspective to what I have, instead of what I feel I might be missing or lacking.

I am thankful to myself for appreciating and knowing how self-empowering gratefulness is.

Today, whilst reading my words, you might feel you want to further explore or consolidate your gratefulness.

When you do, I already know that you will be grateful to yourself :))
