How & where we can meet
Every detail regarding how, when & where will be agreed between us.
Online/Remotely – I invite you to our coaching conversations with an emailed link.
If you prefer to not use video, that is okay because a visual is not essential.
Some clients ask for their conversations to be recorded to help remember details.
Be reassured that recordings will only take place when explicitly agreed between us.
Landline – for audio or voice conversations.
Mobile – using FaceTime, WhatsApp or Signal (audio or video).
In Nature – Nature naturally calms and inspires. This is why many of my clients who live locally ask to meet outside for part or the full duration of their coaching.
In Person/Face-to-Face – if we live local to each other, we can meet at your home location, in/near Totnes or at my home practice.
My practice is easy to reach on foot, by car, bus or train and is located in a discrete setting close to Totnes town centre.
For conversations outside a 30 minutes radius, my fee will differ to what is shown below in order to cover my mileage.

During this call I will above all listen to you.
You can share your needs, wants and wishes, and also your anxieties, fears and worries; anything that weighs down on your mind, soul, heart and physical self.
We will also talk about
- how we will achieve your results
- how my coaching works and what it entails
- how much your chosen service costs and how to pay for it
Our first call will not be a sales pitch.
Because I know that together we can get the outcomes and results you are looking for.
Therefore it is your choice and not mine, to decide if you want to buy my guidance to achieve your desired results.
* Each booked Coaching Conversation lasts between 60 to 90 minutes.

*At the start of our co-operation, you will receive a Coaching Agreement which describes the house rules for our teamwork and achieving your successes.
*Payments are made as agreed between us: in full or in instalments, via a secure link emailed to you, or by a direct bank transfer.
*My Cancellation Policy asks you give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked conversation.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full fee will be charged.

As-You-Go Coaching
One single Transformative Life-Coaching conversation at a time.
Each conversation costs £75.

Flexi Coaching
Flexi Coaching includes 6 conversations which remain valid to use within 12 months from the purchase date.
The total cost is 6 x £60 = £360.

Nurture Coaching (10 – 25 year olds)
Each of life’s transitions, age & development phases present (sometimes complex) challenges.
Nurture Coaching helps:
- partners
- parents
- siblings
- children
- young persons
- families
- colleagues
- employers and/or employees
with finding solutions together through jointly exploring, understanding and managing needs, emotions and situations.
By improving communication and relationships, the outcomes lead to gaining an enriching balance within & between themselves.
Nurture Coaching starts with 4 conversations.
For 2 people the cost is £100 per conversation: 4 x £100 = £400
For 3 or more people, the cost increases with £40 per additional individual, e.g.:
For 3 people is £400 + £160 (4x £40) = £560
A myriad of topics can be explored, for example:
loneliness, isolation, resilience, discrimination, confidence, depression, values, sexism, communication, self-esteem, identity, anger, school/education refusal, friendships, anxieties, relationships, assignments / examinations / tests, stress, fears, the future, climate concerns, responsibility, neurodiversity, sex, love, gender, sexuality, loss, illness, assertiveness, accountability, peer influence, belonging, addiction, substance abuse and drugs.

Open Skies Coaching
Every relationship is unique.
Some are mutually loving, caring and respectful.
Others are not.
Open Skies Coaching supports the understanding and transforming of challenging personal and/or professional relationships and communication.
Examples:
*relationships that are angry, disrespectful, infantilising, diminishing, passive-aggressive, intimidating, isolating and devaluing.
*toxic, manipulative, coercive, unhealthy and controlling relationships.
*lack of personal boundaries, self-care, self-respect and self-love.
Cost: 8 conversations at £60 each: 8 x £60 = £480

Growth Coaching
This service covers 12 conversations at £60.
This set-up is especially suitable for those who have specific future goals in mind, or you know they achieve more and better with the comforting knowledge that specific time has been secured to reach the developments, changes or goals they are seeking.
The cost is:
12 x £60 = £720
This investment, when including Continued Coaching Support:
12 x £30 = £360
Total cost: £720 + £360 = £1080
Knowing that you will be successful, will make you feel instantly less stressed, more confident and motivated.

Harvest Coaching
Harvest Coaching provides wholesome dedicated time and focus on yourself, your goals and visions.
Your growth will become deeply integrated in your Life, Soul, Body and Self.
Your work; social life; physical, emotional & mental wealth and health; communication and relationships will blossom and thrive.
You will enjoy 26 conversations: 26 x £60 = £1560
The total cost including weekly Continued Coaching Support at £30 is:
£1560 + £780 (26 x £30) = £2340
The total cost (£1560) including Continued Coaching Support ((£780) and Coaching Notes (£390) is: £2730

Extended + 90 mins conversations
When a conversation extends 90 minutes, the Coach can ask for an additional £25 per 30 mins.
Continued Coaching Support
You can enjoy continued support in the week following one conversation, or between conversations: Monday to Sunday, approximately between 11 AM to 8 PM.
Unless agreed differently between the Client and Coach, this support will be via WhatsApp.
The Client understands that a reply could be delayed because of issues related to the Coach’s personal life and professional commitments.
An additional £30 per will be added to your conversation/s.
Coaching Notes
Written notes on a coaching conversation can be provided (usually by email) for an additional £15.
Refer A Friend
When your friend books a conversation, you receive a £10 discount on your next coaching conversation.
