Your Health is your biggest Wealth
My mum used to say this almost every day.
I stand by her words.
And I have passed them on to my children.
My mum encouraged my 4 siblings and me to keep our bodies and our minds in good health, because she knew that a healthy body and mind is worth more than any amount of money.
She taught us real meaningful wealth lies in our health; in our whole being working well in connection with each part of itself.
Quality Service
As I grew older, I came to understand and appreciate something else about my mum: her loyalty and honesty.
For example, she would be very loyal to certain shopkeepers and not only because she liked their produce, but especially because of how they made her feel seen, heard, understood and accepted.
Although she had her favourite baker, butcher, decorator, plumber, shop assistant – my mum treated everyone with care and respect. And this is what she valued to receive too.
When care and respect were not mutual, she taught us to politely express this and to then choose: stay with a provider or service, or choose an alternative.
You as my client, expect and deserve quality service.
I am like my mother: I consistently give sincere and caring quality service.
My fees
Because of my ‘health versus wealth’ upbringing, I believe in pricing my fees not at the maximum £ level that I could choose, but at the level I feel honours my upbringing and my personal & professional values.
My fees mirror how I value my professional skills, experience, authenticity, ability, expertise, training and continued professional development.
You have the choice to pay another professional more, or less for their service.
But of course, I hope you will invite me to work with and for you :))
Yes, you can
If you need or want support, but tell yourself that you cannot afford my service, please reflect for a moment on why you think this. And whose voice you hear saying this to you:
- is it your heart speaking?
- is it your inner wisdom, your intuition?
- is it your fear or doubt?
- is it your inner saboteur or critic?
- is it a mix of voices giving you reasons or excuses to delay, wait, postpone?
The choice to invest, or not to invest in yourself, your partner and yourself, your children or your family is always yours.
And maybe when you say you can’t, your decision to pay for life coaching with me is more about excuses and fear, than about my fee.
Simply know that investing in my support, will improve and increase your happiness, pride, health & wealth.
But whatever you decide, do something that will help you to get where you want to be.
